AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 18.1324
ENTITLED "HANDICAPPED PERSONS;
PAR-KING PRIVILEGES" OF ARTICLE XIII,
CHAPTER 18 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Section 18.1324 entitled "Handicapped Persons;
Parking Privileges" of Article XIII of Chapter 18 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois, as amended is hereby further
amended as follows:
By amending Subsection G thereof to read:
"Any person who violates this Section shall be
subject to a fine of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) for
each such offense in addition to any costs or
charges connected with the removal or storage
of any motor vehicle found to be in violation
of this Section."
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in
accordance with law.
