AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by increasing the number of Class "S" liquor licenses by one (1) (Ditty D'nks, 1702
West Algonquin) so that hereafter said Subsection A of Section 13. 107 of Chapter
13 shall be and read as follows:
" Section 13.107. Number of Licenses:

SECTION TWO: As a condition of and as a further inducement for the granting of
a Class "S" liquor license to Ditty D'nks, 1702 West Algonquin Road, the holder of
said license agrees to operate the associated restaurant facility as a full service
operation until at least one-half (1/2) hour prior to the termination of the sale of
alcoholic liquor, as per Section 13.115 of the Mount Prospect Village Code as it
may be amended from time to time.
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided
by law.
