ANORDiNANCES'AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3499 AND 3500

CERTAIN PROPEKTY~COMMONLYKNOWS AS 62D'~EAST' N~RTHWEST HIGHWAY
IN THE VI!LLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ,ILLINOIS
~REREAS, Precision Automotive Sales & Service, Inc. Ordinance
3499 and 3500 granted rezoning and variation with respect to property
commonly k~o~n~as 620 East Northwest Highway in the Village of Mount
Prospect, Illinois (the "Subject Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Subject Property is described as follows:
Lots 53 through 58, both inclusive (except 3'1 1//2" taken evenly
off the Easterly side of said Lot 58) in Morningside Gardens,
being a Subdivision of part of the Northeast quarter of Section
12, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the third Principal
Meridian in Cook County, Illinois; and
WHEEEAS, the Petitioner seeks to amend
ordinances to eliminate the required street
and
the rezoning and variation
light on William Street;
WHEREAS, the staff has investigated the request and determined
the street light is not required for adequate lighting; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Plan Commission on
the 16th day of April, 1986 at which time the Plan Commission
recommended approval of the Petitioner's request to delete the street
light.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY~iTHE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE'OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That OrdinanCes NO. 3i49.9 and 3500 are hereby
~amended to~e.i{mihate the required street light on William Street,
SECTION TWO: Ali:or:her requirements of said ordinances and other
c~des of the Village of Mount Prospect shall remain in full force and
effect as to the Subject Property.
SECTION TMREE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and a, fter its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form
in the manner provided by law.
