AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE IV AND
SCHEDULE XIB OF ARTICLE XX OF CHAPTER 18
(TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2004, Schedule IV.B (Stop and Yeild
Signs) of Article XX of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code) of the Village
of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended by adding in proper alphabetical sequence the following:
"Name of Street
Traffic Movement At Intersection With
Lama Lane North & South Tano Lane "
SECTION TWO: That Schedule XIB (Two Hour Parking) of Article XX
of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code) of the Village of Mount Prospect, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting
the following:
"Name of Street
Direction
Description
Lincoln Street
North & South
Btw George & Albert"
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
