AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED
'TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS ACTING IN THE EXERCISE OF THEIR HOME
RULE POWERS:
SECTION ONE That Section 18.2011A, "SCHEDULE XI —TWO HOUR PARKING," of Chapter
18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting the
following:
Side of
" Name of Street Street Street Description
Wille Street East Between a point 75 feet to 175 and from a point 525 feet
to 580 feet south of Central Road."
SECTION TWO That Section 18.2011A, "SCHEDULE XI —TWO HOUR PARKING," of Chapter
18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by inserting the
following:

" Name of Street Street Street Description
Wille East Between a point 525 feet to 580 feet south of Central Road."
SECTION THREE That Section 18.2012A, "SCHEDULE XII — FOUR HOUR PARKING," of
Chapter 18 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by
inserting the following:

" Name of Street Street Street Description
Wille East Between a point 75 feet to 175 feet south of Central Road."
SECTION FOUR That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
