AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.1315 OF CHAPTER 18
(TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.1315 entitled "No Parking Any Time"
of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code) of the Village of Mount Prospect,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended in its
entirety; so that hereinafter said Section 18.1315 shall be and
read as following:
"Section 18.1315. No Parking Any Time. Except in compliance
with directions of a police officer, it shall be unlawful to:

To permit any vehicles to park in or on any unpaved
Village right-of-way; and
Be
To permit any vehicles to stand in any of the places
designated by the Village Manager and signposted
and included on Schedule VI of the Appendix
to this Chapter. "
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
