PZ-14-02,208 Neil Avenue, Residence 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 208 NElL AVENUE This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow an unenclosed covered porch within 26 feet of the front property line. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0. PZ-13-02,791 East Rand Road, Insignia Townhomes 1. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 791 EAST RAND ROAD This ordinance approves the rezoning of property from R-1 (Single Family Residence) to R2 (Attached Single Family Planned Unit Development). The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 5-1. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS AND A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN THE NATURE OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 791 EAST RAND ROAD This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit for a Planned Unit Development of 23 townhomes, and variations for front stoops on each unit and a parking setback. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 5-1. PZ-17-02, 50 S. Emerson Street, Village of Mount Prospect 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN EXCEPTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 50 SOUTH EMERSON STREET This ordinance grants an exception to the Development Code (Chapter 15) for the construction of a parking deck over the property line, as part of the new village hall/library development. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0. PZ-18-02, Text Amendment, Village of Mount Prospect 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 (ZONING) OF THE VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends Section 14.2211 to remain in compliance with recently revised Federal regulations relative to handicapped parking. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit A) (Exhibit B) (Exhibit C) (Exhibit D) (Exhibit E) *A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO ENTER INTO AN AMENDED AUTOMATIC FIRE MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF PROSPECT HEIGHTS, ILLINOIS Request for Board acceptance of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the year ended December 31, 2001. Request Board acceptance of the Single Audit Compliance Report for the year ended December 31, 2001. Request Board acceptance of the Report on Compliance with Public Act 85-1142 (TIF Act) for the year ended December 31, 2001. Request Board acceptance of the Auditors' Management Letter for the year ended December 31, 2001. *Request Board approval of the 2003-2007 Capital Improvements Plan. (Exhibit F) XlI. Rechassis of 1995 ambulance for Mount Prospect Fire Department *Request for Board approval of temporary living trailers quarters at Fire Station 12 during station upgrade, from Pac-Van Leasing & Sales, not to exceed $14,390.
