Adult Advisor Steven Polit, seconded by Commissioner Michacl Boivin, motioned to appoint Adult Advisor
George Clowcs Chairman Pro Tcrn to run the meeting. The motion carried by unanimous approval.
Chairman Pro Tcrn George Clowcs called the September 05, 2012 Mount Prospect Youth Commission meeting
to order at 7:03 p.m. in the first floor training room of the Policc and Firc Headquarters, Mount Prospect, Illinois.

Chairman Pro Temp George Clowcs discussed the Youth Commission Committees and their functions:
Administration, Issues, Public Relations, and Youth Resources. He explained the program "Youth View" and the
multiple topics taped for viewing on the local cable channel.

Commissioner Michael Boivin, seconded by Commissioner Delanic Steinwc( moved to adjourn the September
05. 2012 meeting of the Mount Prospect Youth Commission. The motion carried by unanimous approval.
