A. 1S reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 9 AND 19 AND (Exhibit A)
APPENDIX A OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance amends Subsection A(2) of Section 9.409, "Water Meters,"
of Article IV, "Water Supply System "; Subsection B of Section 9.412
"Delinquent and Unpaid Accounts," of Article IV, "Water Supply System,"
Section 9.411, "Billing," of Article IV, "Water Supply System," of Chapter 9
of the Village Code; Section 19. 202, "Regulations with Respect to
Customers of a Solid Waste Collection Service," of Article 11, Solid Waste
Collection," of Chapter 19 of the Village Code and Section 9.409, "Water
Meters," and Section 9.412, "Delinquent and Unpaid Accounts," of Chapter 9
"Public Utilities, Pavement and Tree Regulations," of Appendix A, Division 11,
"Fees, Rates and Taxes" and Section 19.202, "Regulations with Respect to
Customers of Solid Waste Collection Services," of Chapter 19, "Health
Regulations," Appendix A, Division 11, "Fees, Rates and Taxes," of the Village
Code. The recommended revisions support the operational changes to the
Village's new utility billing software.
B. 1S reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5 OF THE VILLAGE (Exhibit B)
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT REGARDING THE AUDIT COMMITTEE
This ordinance amends Article XVII, entitled "Audit Committee," of Chapter 5,
Boards and Commissions. proposed revisions are being recommended with
respect to the governance and administration of the audit committee;
committee purpose, committee membership and selection of committee chair.
C. Acceptance of Comprehensive Annual Financial Report — December 31, 2011
Staff request Village Board acceptance of the Comprehensive Annual Financial
Report — December 31, 2011. Lauterbach & Amen performed the audit for the
Village; fiscal year ending December 31, 2011.

XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT
A. * Request Village Board approval to accept bid for the repair and preventative
maintenance of the Village Hall parking garage in an amount not to exceed
$20,075.
