AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 18.2001 AND 18.2006
OF CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2001, Schedule 1, of Chapter 18
(T~affi~ ~ode) of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended to include in proper
alphabetical sequence the following:
"Section 18.2001. Speed Restrictions.

SECTION TWO: That Section 18.2006, Schedule VI, of Chapter 18
(Traf~i'~ Code) of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended to include in proper
alphabetical sequence the following:
"Section 18.2006. No Parking Anytime.

SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect''from and after its passage, approval and publication in
the manner provided by law.
