AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
THE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter
t3"o'f' t'He 'Vi'llage Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and
the same is hereby further amended by increasing the number of
Class "S" liquor licenses by one (1) (The Waterfall); so that
hereafter said Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 shall
be and read as follows:
