ORDINANCE NO. 3613
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE VI AND XIB OF
ARTICLE XX OF CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE)
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Schedule VI (No Parking Any Time) of Article
XX of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code of the Village Code of Mount
Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by adding in proper alphabetical sequence the following:
"Name of Street
Side of Street
Description
Prospect Avenue South
The first 131 feet
West of Maple Street"
and
That Schedule XIB (Two Hour Parking) of Article XX of Chapter 18
(Traffic Code) of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended by adding in proper
alphabetical sequence the following:
"Name of Street Side of Street
Description
Prospect Avenue South
Between Emerson and
School Street except
the first 131 feet
West of Maple Street"
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effecfi' from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
