Call to order at 1:15 PM
Special meeting, no prior meeting minutes.
No citizens to be heard.
Proposal packages were submitted by five firms and time will be allowed during this meeting to present
them. A time limit of 30 minutes is set for each firm to present their proposal and afford question and
answer period. Fifteen minutes is allowed for overflow and Q &A after each presentation.
