MINUTES OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT
TRANSPORTATION SAFETY COMMISSION
CALL TO ORDER

The regular meeting of the Mount Prospect Transportation Safety Commission was called to order at
7:09 p.m. on Monday, April 9, 2012.

Chairman Keane welcomed Justin Kuehlthau as a new member of the Commission.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of the January minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. There were not a majority
number of commission members present that attended the January meeting.
CITIZENS TO BE HEARD
There was no one in attendance that spoke on an issue not on the agenda.

COMMISSION ISSUES
Chairman Keane asked that an updated Commission list with addresses and phone numbers be provided
at the next meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the Transportation Safety Commission voted 6 -0 to adjourn at 7:14
p.m. upon the motion of Commissioner Fisher. Village Engineer Wulbecker seconded the motion. This
concluded the Transportation Safety Commission meeting.
OMA Training
All members of a Commission in the Village must complete an on -line lesson of the Open Meetings Act.
Village Clerk Lisa Angell guided the group through the registration process and provided direction on
completing the lesson. Each member worked independently at his /her pace to complete the
certification requirements. Those members not in attendance will complete the training on their own.
