Chairman Adam Kicl called the April 22, 2012 Mount Prospect Youth Commission Spccial meeting to order at
1:23 p.m. in room 403 of the Mount Prospect Park District Ccntral Community Center, Mount Prospect, Illinois.

BICYCLE SAFETY EVENT
Members reported what progress had been made on the u,k, assigned to them. Tasks were ,ru,sigucd of the
member responsible was not present again and no progress had been made on the task. ]c[[N6d| offered to take
charge of two of the pending tasks that involved pcnp|c at Prospect High School, an offer that was ,rudUy
accepted. A preliminary outline of activities for the event was developed, along with a new schedule of tasks.
Another progress meeting was scheduled for the same time the following week, Sunday, April 29.2012at1:00
P.111. at the Mount Prospect Public Library or Central Community Center.

Commissioner Michael Boi,iu. seconded by Commissioner Delmdc8ujuwc( moved to adjourn the April 22.
2012 Special inecting ofthe Mount Prospect Youth Commission. The motion carried by unanimous approval.
