PLAN OF OPERATION AND GOVERNANCE FOR
AGGREGATION OF ELECTRIC POWER FOR
RESIDENTIAL AND SMALL COMMERCIAL RETAIL USERS
2 nd public hearing for the Plan of Operation and Governance for Aggregation of Electric Power for
Residential and Small Commercial Retail Users. This public hearing, called pursuant to proper legal
notice having been published in the Daily Herald on April 26, 2012 and May 2, 2012.
The Village of Mount Prospect shall conduct a public hearing at the Mount Prospect Village Hall,
Community Room, 50 South Emerson Street, Mount Prospect on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at the hour
of 6:30 p.m. to obtain input from the public on the Plan of Operation and Governance for Aggregation of
Electric Power for Residential Retail Users. The Plan details how the Village will administer the
electrical aggregation program, in which residents and small commercial retail users may participate, as
well as bid procedures.
