Call to Order 9:05 a.m.
Secretary's Report The Minutes from March 3 rd were e- mailed to members in advance.
Motion to approve the Minutes from March 3, 2012 was made by Linda Hoefert, seconded by
Christina Greco. No discussion was held, motion approved unanimously.
Treasurer's Report The Treasurer's Report was distributed by Dawn Fletcher Collins.
Discussion was held and the Treasurer's Report was accepted as presented.
Celestial Celebration An updated contract from Victoria in the Park Banquets was received by
members. The charge of $2,880. includes bartenders, gratuities and servers. The price will stay
at $45. per person per previous SEC meeting conversation. Discussion was held with regards to
keeping the event on Saturday or moving to a Friday of the same weekend. A subsequent vote
was taken by members in attendance, the vote outcome was 7 votes to change to Friday and 4
votes to remain on Saturday. The next Celestial Celebration will be Friday, February 1, 2013.
4 of July Parade The theme for the parade will be MOUNT PROSPECT HONORS THE OLD AND
WELCOMES THE NEW.
Citizens to be Heard None
Adjourn 9:45 a.m. Motion made by Fred Steinmiller, seconded by Eileen Gattas. Motion
approved unanimously.
