MAYOR'S REPORT A. 1S reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends the Village Code by decreasing the number of Class "S -4 ", liquor licenses by one (1) issued to ZENITRAM GROUP d /b /a VINO 100, 110 South Emerson Street. B. X. OLD BUSINESS A. PZ- 31 -11, 701 East Prospect Avenue, Constantine Fourlas 2n reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT BEING THE SUBJECT OF ORDINANCE NO. 5642 AND VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 701 EAST PROSPECT AVENUE This ordinance amends the Planned Unit Development being the subject of Ordinance No. 5642 and grants variations for density and lot coverage for property located at 701 East Prospect Avenue. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request by a vote of 6 -0 . B 2n reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 18 AND 23 AND APPENDIX A OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS REGARDING SOLICITATION ON STREETS AND HIGHWAYS This ordinance amends Chapter 18 (Traffic), Chapter 23 (Offenses and Miscellaneous Regulations) and Appendix A, to enhance the safety of "Tag Day" participants and motorists. XI. NEW BUSINESS A. 1s' reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND WATER AND SEWER RATES SET FORTH IN APPENDIX A, DIVISION II OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance increases water and sewer rates effective for bills rendered on or after May 1, 2012. B. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADOPTION OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT'S PUBLIC ART POLICY This resolution authorizes the Village of Mount Prospect to adopt regulations and guidelines for temporary public art displays on public and private property. C. Request motion to grant permission to Rainbow Hospice for a Public Art Project to be displayed in various locations in the Village of Mount Prospect in 2012. Rainbow Hospice is proposing a 2012 public art installment featuring fiberglass butterfly sculptures titled "Promises Take Flight." XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. * Request Village Board approval to accept landscape maintenance bid in an amount not to exceed $89,000 B. STATUS XIII. ANY OTHER BUSINESS XIV.
