the third floor Executive Conference Room of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor
Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session were: Trustees Paul Hoefert, Arlene
Juracek, John Korn, John Matuszak, Steven Polit

Police Chief John Dahlberg.

Personnel Discussion
Police Chief John Dahlberg provided an overview of the staffing modifications
resulting from the personnel cuts and the pending retirements within the Police
Department. He also highlighted the staffing per shift and the assignments related to the
staffing available per shift.
There was also a general discussion regarding possible funding options through other
cuts or revenue increases that may occur relating to staffing needs within the Police
Department.
Meeting adjourned at 9:55 P.M. moved into Open Session at 9:55 p.m. and immediately
adjourned at 9:56 p.m.
