CLOSED SESSION
MAY 11, 2010
The meeting called for the purpose of a Closed Session was convened at 9:40 p.m., in
the third floor Executive Conference Room of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor
Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session were: Trustee, Paul Hoefert, Arlene
Juracek, John Matuszak, Steven Polit and Michael Zadel. Staff present included Village
Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.
Approval of Minutes
Approval of Minutes of April 13, 2010. Motion made by Trustee Zadel seconded by
Trustee Korn. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Minutes of March 16, 20:10. Motion made by Trustee Zadel seconded by
Trustee Polit. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Minutes of March. 23:;.201 -. Motion made by Trustee Matuszak seconded
by Trustee Zadel. Minutes >were approved.
Discussion regarding release of previous Closed Session minutes as presented in
schedule A. Motion made, Trustee Polit seconded by Trustee Matuszak to approve
the release of Closed 'Session minutes based on Schedule A. Motion was approved
Meeting adfourned 'pt 9 p.m. immediately moved into Open Session and adjourned at
9:42 p.m.
