MINUTES
CLOSED SESSION
March 16, 2010
The meeting called for the purpose of a Closed Session was convened at 8:10 p.m., in
the third floor Executive Conference Room of Village Hall, 50 South Emers by Mayor
Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session were: Trustees Paul Hoefert, John
Korn, Arlene Juracek, Steven Polit and Michael Zadel. Staff present included Village
Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village Manager David Strain.
Approval of Minutes
Approval of Minutes of February 16, 2010. Motion made by Trustee Zadel seconded by
Trustee Juracek. Minutes were approved.
Approval of Minutes of February 23, 2010. Motion made by Trustee Korn seconded by
Trustee Polit. Minutes were approved.
