CLOSED SESSION
FEBRUARY 23, 2010
The meeting called for the purpose of a Closed Session was convened at 9:40 p.m., in
the third floor Executive Conference Room of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor
Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session were: Trustees Paul Hoefert, John
Korn, Arlene Juracek, John Matuszak, Steven Polit and Michael Zadel. Staff present
included Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village. Manager David Strahl.
Approval of Minutes
Approval of minutes as presented in Schedule B. Motion made by Trustee Zadel
seconded by Trustee Polit. The release of minutes was approved based on staff
recommendation of Schedule B.
Meeting adjourned at 9:43 p.m.
