Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session .M Trustees Paul Hoefert, John
Michael Zadel. Staff present
Korn, Arlene Juracek, John Matuszak, Steve n Polit and
included Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.
Approval of Minutes
Approval of minutes from 2004. Motion made by Trustee Juracek seconded by Trustee
Zadel to approve minutes from:

Minutes were approved.
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
