Meeting - March 5, 2011
MINUTES
In attendance: Sandy DiCaro, Janice Farley, Jill Friedrichs,
Eileen Gattas, Martha Helm, Linda Hoefert, Kathy Janonis,
Paul Seils, Teresa VanOpdorp, Dawn Fletcher Collins
Absent: Dale Barbara Draznin, Mike Janonis, Fred
Steinmiller, Jim Uszler
- Meeting called to order at 9:06.
- Motion to approve minutes by Jill Friedrichs, seconded
by Paul Seils.
- Financial Reports provided at both the February 12 and
March 5 meetings were discussed. Additions /adjustments
were made along with motion by Kathy Janonis to accept
the reports as provided and updated. Seconded by Paul
Seils.
- Discussed Celestial Celebration for 2012 and possibilities/
opportunities to enrich the event. Date and location changes
being explored.
-No report on Fourth of July Parade.
-No report on Do- It- Yourself Sousa (7/25)
-No report on Family Bike Ride (8/25)
