A RESOL UTION FOR THE HOLIDA Y SEASON
WHEREAS, the holiday season has arrived, and it is the time of the year when, as individuals and
as a community, we reflect 019 our relationships with others, the goodwill that is shared, and all that
remains to be done to create a peaceful and safe world for all; and
WHEREAS, such a solemn, but joyous, time should include exchanges of concern, care, and love
among all people.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect do extend
to the citizens of Mount Prospect our sincere wishes for a joyous holiday season, and on behalf of
our entire community, we extend to everyone a resolution of good faith and kindness so that there
may he peace on this earth.
SECTION TWO This Resolution shall be in fitll force and effect from and after its passage and
approval in the manner provided by law.
