RESOLUTION NO. 20-02
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 211 WEST KENSINGTON ROAD
WHEREAS, the Petitioner, Dennis Kessel, has requested approval of a Final Plat of Consolidation
for the purpose of consolidating six lots of record at 211 West Kensington Road into one single lot of
record; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the consolidation of six lots into a single lot of record is hereby granted
for the property at 211 West Kensington Road and the Final Plat of Consolidation attached to this as
Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal
description are incorporated into, and made a part of, this Ordinance.
SECTION TWO: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified
copy of this Resolution with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County.
SECTION THREE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption,
approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
