The proposed ordinance would allow the construction of Costco, a one-story, 150,586 square foot wholesale store, in the space formerly occupied by Montgomery Ward. Additionally, its approval would grant a variation for outdoor storage/display of two automobiles on the parking lot. There was discussion relative to one of the conditions in the proposed ordinance which addresses the material used for the exterior of the building.
