A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NOe 19-86
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND
THE TENANT ORGANIZATION OF ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect did adopt Resolution Noo 19-86 authorizing execution of
an Agreement in support of establishing an independent
landlord/tenant organization within the Village for the purpose
of representing, advising and assis'ting multi-family residents
within the Village of Mount Prospect; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect have determined that said Agreement should be amended by
increasing the funding provided to the Tenant Organization of
Illinois in order to provide for additional services to be
provided by the Tenants Organization of Illinoiso
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the Agreement between the Village of Mount
Prospect and The Tenants Organization of Illinois dated
June 17, 1986, being the subject of Resolution Noo 19-86 is
hereby amended to increase the funds allocated to the Tenants
Organization of Illinois from ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to
fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by lawo
