RESOLUTION NO.. 17-87
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE RBPRBSENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE
TO THE 8IGH-LEVBL EXCESS LIJl\BILITY POOL FOR THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect is a member of the
High-Level Excess Liability Pool (HELP) as authorized by
Resolution No~ 41-86, passed and approved by the Mayor and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect on December 2, 1986;
and
WHEREAS, the High-Level Excess Liability Pool Agreement and
By-Laws require a designated representative and alternate to said
Organization.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE O~ MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the appointment of the Director of Finance of
the Village of Mount Prospect, is hereby designated as the
Village of Mount Prospect's duly appointed representative to the
High-Level Excess Liability Pool and the Assistant to Village
Manager of the Village of Mount Prospect as the alternate
representative for the Village to said Organization.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by law.
