RESOLUTION NO.
26-87
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND
GREELEY AND HANSEN ENGINEERS
WHEREAS; the corporate authorities of the Village of Mount
Prospect have determined that inasmuch as the Village is receiving
Lake Michigan water an energy efficient study on the water
distribution system high service pumping facilities would be in
the best interest of the Village in order to ascertain the
possibility of reducing energy costs; and
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Village of Mount
Prospect have considered proposals for the engineering services
and have determined that the proposal submitted by Greeley and
Hansen Engineers should be accepted to conduct the Energy
Efficiency Study of water distribution system high service pumping
facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the
Village Clerk authorized to attest her signature on the Agreement
between the Village of Mount Prospect and Greeley and Hansen
Engineers for the purpose of preparing an Energy Efficiency Study
of water disbution system high service pumping facilities
at a cost not to exceed $15,700.00.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by law$
