Elmhurst Road, Randhurst Shopping CentedCostco 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3604 RELATIVE TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT GOVERNING RANDHURST SHOPPING CENTER This ordinance allows an amendment to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) to construct a 150,586 square foot wholesale store in the space formerly occupied by Montgomery Ward, and a variation for outdoor storage. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval for the outdoor storage by a vote of 5-1, and for the PUD amendment by a vote of 6-0. 2"d reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3147 FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A HOUSING REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM AND STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES IN CONNECTION THEREWITH IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 3147 by modifying the 20-year repayment term and by increasing the maximum loan amount to $25,000 for the Single-Family Rehabilitation Program. Commission recommendations: 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends Chapter 18 by restricting stopping, standing, and parking along a portion of Prospect Avenue, west of Route 83. (Exhibit D) 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16 (TRAFFIC) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends the Village Code by restricting parking to 2-hours during specific times of day on Northwest Highway between Route 83 and Emerson Street. (Exhibit E) 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends the Village Code by prohibiting trucks from making any turns onto Emerson Street from Northwest Highway. (Exhibit F) 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends Chapter 18 of the Village Code by repealing and adding various turn restrictions at the three parking lots on Northwest Highway near the train station, 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends the Village Code by repealing and adding various turn restrictions along Route 83 between Prospect Avenue and Golf Road.
