IX. CONSENT AGENDA All items listed with an asterisk are considered routine by the Village Board and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of those items unless a Board member, or resident from the audience, so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. OLD BUSINESS A. ZBA 32-01, 1431 Blackhawk Drive, Residence 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1431 BLACKHAWK DRIVE This ordinance grants variations to allow a shed with a non-conforming setback and size, and easement exceptions. The Zoning Board of Appeals, on October 25, 2001, recommended denial of the request by a vote of 5-1, and on January 24, 2002 at the request of the petitioner, the Planning and Zoning Commission deferred the case. Because of the recommendation for denial, a super-majority vote is required by the Village Board for approval. (At the request of the petitioner, this case was deferred from the February 5, 2002 meeting). 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND WATER AND SEWER RATES SET FORTH IN APPENDIX A, DIVISION II OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends the Village Code by authorizing a 4% increase in water and sewer rates. (Exhibit A) XI. NEW BUSINESS A. PZ 03-02, 999 N. EImhurst Road, Randhurst Shopping Center/Costco 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3604 RELATIVE TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT GOVERNING RANDHURST SHOPPING CENTER This ordinance allows an amendment to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) to construct a 150,586 square foot wholesale store in the space formerly occupied by Montgomery Ward, and a variation for outdoor storage. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval for the outdoor storage by a vote of 5-1, and for the PUD amendment by a vote of 6-0. 1~ reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3147 FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A HOUSING REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM AND STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES IN CONNECTION THEREWITH IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 3147 by eliminating the 20-year maximum term and by increasing the maximum loan amount to $25,000 for the Single-Family Rehabilitation Program.
