Emerson Street, Norwood Builders nd 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 100 SOUTH EMERSON STREET (Exhibit A) This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow the construction of a five-story combined-use (residential and retail) building. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the Conditional Use permit by a vote of 5-0. XI.NEW BUSINESS A. PZ-36-02, 531 S. Douglas Avenue, Residential st 1. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit B) The petitioner is requesting the rezoning of property from R-X (Single Family Residence-large lots) to R-1 (Single Family Residence-standard lots), to allow for resubdivision of the subject property. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the rezoning by a vote of 7-0. 2. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 531 SOUTH DOUGLAS AVENUE (Exhibit C) This resolution allows the subject property to be subdivided in three lots of record. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 7-0. st B.1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit D) This ordinance establishes parking restrictions for the newly constructed Municipal Parking Garage. st C. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23 (OFFENSES AND MISCELLANEOUS REGULATIONS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit E) This ordinance restricts the use of the Municipal Garage by any vehicle or transportation device not registered with the state. D. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF THE NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (Exhibit F) Adoption of this resolution allows the Village to receive homeland security funds in the event of a national emergency. st E. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit G) This ordinance allows the Village, as a member of the Northwest Municipal Conference, to participate in a public auction of surplus vehicles, at the Mount Prospect Public Works facility, 1700 W.
