Chairman Rogers called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. Mr. Donnelly made a motion, seconded by Ms.
Hinaber to approve the minutes of the August 25, 2011 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting; the minutes
Nvere approved 3 -0 Nvith Mr. Beattie abstaining. After hearing one (1) previous case, Chairman Rogers introduced
Case PZ- 24 -11, 900 Westgate Road at 8:27 p.m.
Chairman Rogers stated that the Petitioner Nvas not present and asked Staff how they Nvould like to proceed. Mr.
Simmons said that Staff Nvould like to continue the Subject Case to the next Planning and Zoning Commission
Meeting on October 27, 2011.
Mr. Beattie made a motion, seconded by Mr. Donnelly to continue Case Number PZ- 24 -11, 900 Westgate Road,
to the October 27, 2011 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting. Motion Nvas approved by a voice vote to
continue the Subject Case.
Mr. Donnelly made a motion, seconded by Mr. Roberts to adjourn at 8:28 p.m. The motion Nvas approved by a
voice vote and the meeting Nvas adjourned.
