Minutes of the Meeting
February 24, 2011
I" Floor Community Center
Village Hall
L Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:08 p.m. Those present included Chairman Vince
Grochocinski and Commissioners Wayne Gardner, Don Ocwieja, Tom Pekras and Ann
Smilanic. Commissioners Pam Bazan and John Kellerhals were absent. Also present were
Finance Director David Erb and Deputy Finance Director Lynn Jarog.
IL Approval of Minutes
There was a brief discussion of the November 27, 2010 minutes. Commissioner Tom
Pekras moved to approve the minutes of November 27, 2010. Commissioner Wayne
Gardner seconded the motion. With all members in favor, the minutes were accepted.
III. Citizens to be Heard
There were no citizens to be heard.
IV. Old Business
Finance Director David Erb discussed the Property Tax levy.
V. New Business
Mr. Erb gave an update the cost of the Phase I constriction project. The project is
substantively complete. The bills are in and the project is within budget.
VI. Other Business
No other business.
VII. Chairman's Report
There was nothing to report.
VIII. Finance Director's Report
There was nothing to report.
IX. Next Meeting: March 24, 2011
Commissioner Tom Pekras motioned to adjourn. Commissioner Ann Smilanic seconded
the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
