Euclid Avenue. Emerson Street, Norwood Builders 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 100 SOUTH EMERSON STREET This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow the construction of a five-story combined-use (residential and retail) building. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the Conditional Use permit by a vote of 5-0. (Exhibit B) B. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH NORTHERN TRUST BANK TO EXECUTE A TAXABLE NOTE IN THE AMOUNT OF $705,000 FOR FINANCING THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT AREA TIF DISTRICT NO.1 (7 SOUTH EMERSON STREET) 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (KENILWORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY) (Exhibit D) (Exhibit C) C.
