Mr. Cooney,
The apprasil of the new construction drawing has not been completed by the bank yet. We would like to attend
another meeting. I have sent an e -mail to the loan officer to learn when that can be completed. I have not
received an answer yet. I will get back to you when I receive an answer from the loan officer for the exact date.
We would like to e -mail you the phasing schedule when the apprasial of the construction is completed.
Please let me know if this is OK for the village board.

Your are scheduled to appear at next week's Village Board meeting for your project. At our meeting on 9/13
we agreed that you were going to provide a phasing schedule that we could attach to the final ordinance. Please
advise where you are at with that. If it is not ready yet we will need to request another deferral of the matter at
the 10/4 VB meeting until a further date. Please advise where you stand with this.
