AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by deleting the number of Class "S" liquor licenses by one (1) (Chessie's
Restaurant, 999 North Elmhurst Road) so that hereafter said Subsection A of
Section 13. 107 of Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows:
" Section 13.107. Number of Licenses:
