AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE II OF
ARTICLE XX OF CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE)
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Schedule II (Prohibited Turns) of
Article XX of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code) of the Village of Mount
Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by adding in proper alphabetical sequence the following:
"Name of Direction Prohibited Into (Name of
Street of Traffic Turn Street)
Rand Road
Southbound Right
Prospect Manor
(weekdays from
6 AM to 10 AM)
Prospect Mn Northbound Left
Rand Road
(weekdays from
4 PM to 7 PM)
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
~ffect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
