ILLINOIS TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF A CLASS "H" LIQUOR
LICENSE TO ZANIE'S COMEDY CLUBS, INC.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13
ENTITLED, "ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR DEALERS" OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF A CLASS "H" LIQUOR LICENSE
TO ZANIE'S COMEDY CLUBS, INC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That subsection A of Section 13.107 entitled, "Licenses and
Permits" of Chapter 13 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois (1981) as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by the issuance of one (1)
Class "H" liquor license (Zanie's Comedy Clubs, Inc., 2200 South Elmhurst Road) so
that hereafter said Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 shall be and read
as follows:
"A. There shall be issued in the Village no more than:
Four (#) Class A
Two (2) Class B
Nine (9) Class C
Two (2) Class D
Two (2) Class E
One (1) Class F
One (!) Class G
One (1) Class H
One (1) Class M
One (1) Class
Fifteen (15) Class
Seventeen (17) Class
One ( I ) Class
Seven (7) Class

SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner approved by law.
