RDINANCE NO. 3670
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 2 ENTITLED
"BOARD OF TRUSTEES" OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Chapter 2 entitled "Board of Trustees" is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 2.103.A of Article I, entitled "Meetings of the
Board" shall be amended in this entirety to read as
follows:
Regular Meetings. The regular meetings of
the Village Board of Trustees shall be held
on the first and third Tuesday of each month
at the hour of seven-thirty (7:30) P.M.;
provided, that if the regular meeting falls
on a legal holiday, the meeting shall take
place on the next secular day at the same
hour. A notice of such regular meetings
shall be required."
Section 2.202.C.2 and 3 of Article I, entitled "Order
of Business; Regular Meetings Only" shall be amended
to read:
"2. Roll Call.
3. Invocation."
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be full force and effect
upon its passage, approval and publications in pamphlet form in
accordance with law.
