AN ORDINANCE RENUMBERING CERTAIN LOTS AND BUILDINGS
IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, the Presiden~ and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect adopted Ordinance No. 3755 annexing specified land
and territory to the Village of Mount Prospect; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect believe that the change of certain lot and
building numbers is in the best interests of the Village of Mount
Prospect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINn~-
SECTION ONE: That pursuant to the authority granted the Village
of Mount Prospect under the Illinois Cities and Villages Act, the
lots and any buildings hereon are hereby renumbered along the
designated streets; so that hereafter the existing lot and
building numbers shall be as follows:

SECTION TWO: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
irected to notify each of the owners of such lots by letter and
inform them of their new house number and/or street name.
SECTION THREE: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
direct to record a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Cook County Recorder of Deeds, the local Postmaster and all
utility companies serving the subject properties.
SECTION FOUR: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
