RDINANCE NO. 3775
ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT,
ILLINOIS RELATING TO MUNICIPAL FINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Article VIII of Chapter 8 of the Municipal
Code of the Village entitled "Municipal Finance" is hereby re-
pealed. The repeal provided for in this section shall not impair
the validity of any bond issued, or any obligation incurred, by
the Village prior to the enactment of this ordinance. Notwith-
standing the repeal of said Article VIII or any failure by the
Village to comply with the provisions thereof, all bonds issued
and all obligations incurred subject to the provisions of said
Article VIII are hereby acknowledged and confirmed by the Village
as valid and enforceable bonds and obligations of the Village and
all ordinances enacted and all other proceedings heretofore taken
by the Village in connection with
