WATER AGENCY FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT

RDINANCE NO. 3756
AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE NORTHWEST SUBURBAN MUNICIPAL JOINT ACTION
WATER AGENCY FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect is a member of the
Northwest Suburban Municipal Joint Action Water Agency, as
authorized by Ordinance No. 3081; and
WHEREAS, the Joint Action Water Agency Agreement and By-Laws
require designated representation on the Executive Committee of
said Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the appointment of Michael E. Janonis, Acting
Village Manager, is hereby be deleted as the Representative on
the Executive Committee of the Joint Action Water Agency and
substituting therefor as designated Representative of the
Executive Committee of said Agency shall be John F. Dixon,
Village Manager.
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
