RDINANCE NO. 3746
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 ENTITLED "ANIMALS"
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Article I of Chapter 20 of the Village Code
of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is further amended
by adding thereto an entirely new Section 20.106 entitled
"Noise" to read as follows:
"Sec. 20.106. Noise. It shall be unlawful to harbor or
keep any animal which disturbs the peace by loud noises at
any time of the day or night."
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
the manner provided by law.
