The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 6-0. B. PZ-19-10, 1601 South Busse Road, Daveri Development Group st 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USES AND VARIATIONS (Exhibit E) LOCATED AT 1601 SOUTH BUSSE ROAD FOR PROPERTY This ordinance grants Conditional Uses (Planned Mixed Use Development and Dwelling st Units above 1 Floor) & Variations (Building Height and Parking Spaces) for property located at 1601 South Busse Road. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 5-1. D. PZ-04-11, 212 East Rand Road, Rajinder Kumar st 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE (Exhibit G) LOCATED AT 212 EAST RAND ROAD FOR PROPERTY This ordinance grants Conditional Use for an Animal Hospital for property located at 212 East Rand Road. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 6-0. st E. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE USE OF GROUNDWATER AS (Exhibit H) A POTABLE WATER SUPPLY BY THE INSTALLATION OR USE OF POTABLE WATER SUPPLY WELLS OR BY ANY OTHER METHOD This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 5611 (January 16, 2007) which addressed the Shell Oil facility located at 927 South Busse Road. The amended ordinance will allow Shell Oil Company to obtain a No Further Remediation Letter from IEPA using the TACO regulations for this site. st F. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE USE OF GROUNDWATER AS (Exhibit I) A POTABLE WATER SUPPLY BY THE INSTALLATION OR USE OF POTABLE WATER SUPPLY WELLS OR BY ANY OTHER METHOD This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 5628 (May 1, 2007) which addressed the Shell Oil facility located at 1798 South Elmhurst Road. The amended ordinance will allow Shell Oil Company to obtain a No Further Remediation Letter from IEPA using the TACO regulations for this site. XII. * A. Request Village Board approval to accept Suburban Purchasing Cooperative (SPC) bid for the purchase of two (2) new Ford Explorers in an amount not to exceed $53,500.00. * B. Request Village Board approval to accept bid for Water Meters and accessories in an amount not to exceed $51,960.00. * C. Request Village Board approval to accept Suburban Purchasing Cooperative (SPC) bid for the purchase of two (2) new Ford F-250 pickup trucks in an amount not to exceed $49,900.00. * D. Request Village Board approval to accept Suburban Purchasing Cooperative (SPC) bid for the purchase of one (1) new Ford Expedition EL in an amount not to exceed $30,001.00. * E. Request Village Board approval to waive bid process and accept quote for the purchase of two (2) new AVID Editing Systems in an amount not to exceed $13,097.00 F.
