PROCLAMATION: "EARTH HOUR" MARCH 26, 2011 B. 1S reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC (Exhibit A) LIQUORS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE This ordinance adds one (1) Class "F -1" liquor license issued for Sho Restaurant Inc. d /b /a Sakura Restaurant, 155 South Main Street. OLD BUSINESS A. 2n reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, ENTITLED (Exhibit B) "ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS," AND APPENDIX A, DIVISION II, OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance creates a new liquor license classification for movie theaters. (The Village Board approved deferral of the second reading of the ordinance to the March 15, 2011 Village Board meeting by a vote of 5 -0.) B. PZ- 17 -10, 501 Midway Drive, Niagara Educational Services, Inc. 2n reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE TO OPERATE A COMMUNITY CENTER AND SCHOOL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 501 MIDWAY DRIVE This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to operate a community center and school. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a 7 -0 vote. ( Petitioner has requested deferral of the second (2 nd ) reading to the May 3, 2011 Village Board meeting The Village Board approved the Petitioner's request for deferral of the second (2 reading to the March 15, 2011, at the March 1, 2011 Village Board meeting by a vote of 6 -0.) PZ- 02 -11, 1703 East Kensington Road, The Alden Foundation 1S reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE AND (Exhibit C) VARIATIONS FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT(PUD) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1703 EAST KENSINGTON ROAD This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit for a Planned Unit Development for Senior Housing and Variations for Building Height and Parking Spaces. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 4 -0. B. A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF FIRST INDUSTRIAL REALTY TRUST, INC. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. Request Village Board approval to accept bid for 2011 Street Resurfacing in an amount not to exceed $2,310,000. B. * Request Village Board approval to accept lowest quote and purchase replacement server, SAN and VMware Licenses in an amount not to exceed $41,900.74 C. * Request Village Board approval for Facade Rebate Reimbursement for Ye Olde Town Inn, 18 West Busse Avenue in an amount not to exceed $20,000. D. Request Village Board approval to rescind award of contract to Cintas Corporation for rental and cleaning of Public Works uniforms and award this contract to the second lowest bidder, Aramark Uniform Services in an amount not to exceed $11,50.28.
