Published in pamphlet form by authority of the corporate authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, the 5th day of November , 1987. RDINANCE NO. qR6a AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGE OF SANITARY AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE INTO ANY STORM SEWER OR DRAINAGE FACILITY CONSTRUCTED AS A PART OF THE U.S.ROUTE 12 (RAND ROAD) AT KENSINGTON ROAD IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, the State of Illinois, acting by and through its Department of Transportation, is desirous of improving the U.S. Route 12 at Kensington Road in the Village of Mount Prospect; and WHEREAS, said project includes the installation of storm sewers and drainage facilities; and WHEREAS, a portion of the project runs through the Village of Mount Prospect including the installation of storm drains and drainage facilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: No person, firm, corporation or other entity shall discharge any sanitary waste or industrial waste water into any storm sewer or drainage facility constructed as part of the U.S. Route 12 at Kensington Road improvement, said limits of improvement being the intersection of U. S. Route 12 (Rand Road) at Kensington Road in the Village of Mount Prospect. SECTION TWO: The Village Clerk of the Village of Mount Prospect is authorized and directed to attach a copy of this Ordinance to the Agreement dated ~oo¢~ ~ , 1987, by and between the State of Illinois and the Village of Mount Prospect, relative to the improvement being the subject of this Ordinance. SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
