AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ENCROACHMENTS WITHIN
THE STATE OF ILLINOIS RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG WOLF ROAD
WHEREAS, the State of Illinois, acting by and through its
Department of Transportation, is desirous of improving Wolf Road
between Central Road and Euclid Avenue in the Village of Mount
Prospect; and
WHF~R~AS, sai~'~,~dt is being constructed in order to
facilitate the fre% flow 9f traffic and ensure safety to the
motoring public; and
WHEREAS, a portion of said project passes through the Village of
Mount Prospect; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK GOUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That no person, firm, corporation or other entity
shall install, place, maintain or construct any structure that
encroches upon the State of Illinois righthof-way of Wolf Road
within the Village of Mount Prospect.
SECTION TWO: That the Village Clerk of the Village of Mount
Prospect is hereby authorized and directed to,attach a copy of
this Ordinance to the Agreement dated ~1~ ~ , 1988,
by and between the State of Illinois and the Village of Mount
Prospect relative to the improvement of Wolf Road.
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by law. ~.
