AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.2004 OF CHAPTER 18
(TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2004 entitled "Stop and Yield Signs" of
Chapter 18 (Traffic Code) of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended to add in proper
alphabetical sequence the following; so that hereinafter
sa~d Section 18.2004 shall include:
" Name of
Street
Direction of
Traffic Movement
At Intersection With
Milburn Ave. Eastbound
Emerson St. "
SECTION TWO:
from and after
provided by law.
That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
its passage, approval and publication in the manner
